ViaWell is not for:
Dropshippers
Resellers of mass-produced goods
Private-label brands without ingredient control
Outsourced fulfillment operations
Product & Ingredient Requirements
All products listed on ViaWell must:
Include a complete, public ingredient list
Avoid intentionally added toxic ingredients
Be accurately labeled and truthfully described
ViaWell does not allow products containing intentionally added:
Parabens
Phthalates
Formaldehyde-releasers
Heavy metals
PEGs (polyethylene glycols)
Triclosan / Triclocarban
Mineral oils & petrolatum
Microplastics
Synthetic fragrance
Synthetic dyes (FD&C)
Oxybenzone & chemical sunscreen filters
BHA/BHT
- PFAS (“Forever Chemicals”) - Intentionally added PFAS or fluorinated compounds are not allowed.
ViaWell reserves the right to request ingredient documentation at any time.
Vendor Responsibilities
Approved vendors must:
Own their brand and product formulation
Be able to verify ingredient sources
Maintain accurate product information
Keep all listings truthful and current
Vendors may not:
Sell products they do not control
Rebrand third-party finished goods
List products with unknown ingredient origins
Shipping & Fulfillment
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Storing their own inventory
Packaging all orders
Printing shipping labels
Delivering packages to a UPS location
Managing fulfillment and tracking
ViaWell does not:
Store inventory
Package products
Act as a fulfillment center
Handle physical shipping
Product Listings & Images
Each product listing must include:
Clear product title
Full ingredient list
Accurate description
Proper usage instructions (if applicable)
Safety warnings (if applicable)
Image standards:
High-resolution
Clean background or lifestyle
True-to-life representation
No misleading visuals or claims
ViaWell may remove:
Low-quality images
Incomplete listings
Misleading product content
Application & Review Process
Vendor submits application
ViaWell reviews for compliance and authenticity
Vendor is either:
Approved
Asked for additional information
Or declined
Approved vendors receive onboarding instructions
Typical review time: 3–7 business days
Ongoing Compliance
Once approved, vendors must:
Maintain ingredient transparency
Keep all product information updated
Continue meeting ViaWell’s standards
Follow all marketplace policies
ViaWell may:
Request updated documentation
Audit listed products
Suspend or remove listings if standards are violated
