Eligibility & Standards

Who can apply to sell on ViaWell?

ViaWell is open to brands that create or formulate their own products, maintain full ingredient transparency, and meet our non-toxic product standards. We do not accept dropshippers, resellers, or private-label products with unknown ingredient sources.

Why might an application be declined?
  • Does not control its product formulation or ingredients

  • Cannot provide full ingredient transparency

  • Uses dropshipping or outsourced fulfillment

  • Does not meet ViaWell’s non-toxic standards

Do I need to provide ingredient documentation?

Yes. All vendors must be able to provide complete ingredient lists. Additional documentation may be requested at any time for compliance verification

What happens if a product is found to violate standards?

ViaWell reserves the right to request corrections, temporarily suspend listings, or permanently remove products or vendors if violations continue.

Application & Approval

How do I apply to become a vendor?

You can apply by completing the Vendor Application form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and notify you of the next steps.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are reviewed within 3–7 business days. Some applications may require additional documentation.

What happens if my application is approved?

If approved, you’ll receive onboarding instructions to create your vendor account, set up your store, and begin listing products.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Who handles product storage and shipping?

Vendors are fully responsible for storing their own inventory, packaging orders, printing shipping labels, and delivering packages to a UPS drop-off location. ViaWell does not store or ship products.

How does shipping work for customers?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using ViaWell’s integrated shipping system. Vendors fulfill and ship orders directly to customers.

Fees & Payouts

Does ViaWell charge any fees or commissions?

Yes. ViaWell earns a commission on each sale. Full fee and payout details are provided during onboarding after approval.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

Once an order is completed and clears the required holding period, funds become available in your vendor balance. Vendors may withdraw their earnings at any time after their available balance reaches the $50 minimum withdrawal amount.

How do vendors get paid?

Vendor earnings are added to their vendor account balance as orders are completed and become eligible for payout. Vendors can then withdraw their available balance directly from their account using the supported payout methods.
