Vendor Policies

These Vendor Policies outline the expectations, responsibilities, and standards for brands selling on ViaWell. By applying to or selling on ViaWell, vendors agree to comply with the policies below.

1. Product Standards

  • All products listed on ViaWell must align with our non-toxic, low-hazard, and wellness-focused values.

  • Vendors must accurately disclose all ingredients, materials, and components relevant to product safety and use.

  • Claims such as “non-toxic,” “natural,” “clean,” or similar must be truthful and substantiated.

  • ViaWell reserves the right to review, request clarification, or remove products that do not meet our standards or are found to be misleading.

2. Commission & Fees

  • ViaWell charges a marketplace commission on each completed sale.

  • Founding vendors receive a locked-in 85% revenue share (15% platform fee).

  • Commission rates for future vendors may change as the platform grows.

  • Commission is automatically deducted prior to vendor payouts.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Vendors are responsible for:

    • Order fulfillment

    • Shipping costs

    • Packaging

    • Providing valid tracking information

  • Orders must be shipped within the vendor’s stated processing time.

  • Vendors are responsible for resolving shipping issues related to delays, damage, or lost packages.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must comply with ViaWell’s marketplace-wide 30-day return and refund policy for all eligible products.

  • Vendors are responsible for honoring approved returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with ViaWell’s policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • ViaWell may assist with customer communication and return coordination but is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or issuing refunds on behalf of vendors, unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Compliance & Accuracy

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Product listings must be accurate, up to date, and not misleading.

  • Vendors may not sell prohibited, recalled, or unsafe products.

6. Violations & Enforcement

  • ViaWell reserves the right to:

    • Remove product listings

    • Suspend or terminate vendor accounts

    • Take action without prior notice including cases of serious violations

  • Repeated or intentional violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

7. Policy Updates

  • These policies may be updated as ViaWell evolves.

  • Vendors will be notified of material changes that affect their participation.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
